Telnyx (phone/SMS) and Resend (email) usage is billed at cost through your own accounts. We help you set them up and you pay those providers directly — typically $20-50/month for most partners.

We do not offer pausing. If you cancel, you keep everything we built for you — your website, its code and domain, your microsites, your Google Business Profile, your Telnyx number, your Resend account, and your business name. The only thing you lose access to is the CRM platform and Yinez AI, the software you were subscribing to.

You own everything we build for you: your full SEO website, its code and domain, every microsite, your Google Business Profile, your Telnyx phone number, your Resend email account, your business name, and all your client data. Full Loop CRM owns only the software product you subscribe to — the CRM platform, the Yinez AI engine, and the shared infrastructure it runs on.

No — there's nothing to buy out. Your site is yours from day one at no extra charge. We build, host, and manage it while you're a partner, but you own it the whole time. Cancel whenever you want and the site, its code, and its domain go with you.

It's yours — you keep it. The site, its code, and its domain transfer to you. You also keep your microsites, your Google Business Profile, your Telnyx number, your Resend account, and your business name, and we export your CRM data for free before you go.

You do. Any Google Business Profile we create as part of your partnership is yours — you keep it if you leave, with no buyout. If you already have a GMB before joining, we simply manage the one you own.

For full service, the monthly fee covers the CRM, website management, and ongoing SEO management. SEO work follows current search-quality policies, but rankings, traffic, and lead volume are not guaranteed.

Full-service agreements define an exclusive territory using specific cities and ZIP codes. Exclusivity begins after signature and receipt of the website setup fee, and ends when the full-service monthly subscription ends. CRM-only does not include exclusivity.

The exact cities and ZIP codes are written into the full-service agreement. We do not rely on an implied metro boundary.

If your trade is claimed in your city, we will add you to a waitlist and notify you if the territory opens up. You can also apply for a different city or a different trade.

Additional territory must be reviewed and documented in writing. Pricing or availability for an expansion is not automatic.

Submit a partnership request through our website. Include your trade, target city, and basic business information. We review applications within 48 hours and respond with territory availability.

Most partners are fully live within 2-3 weeks. This includes website build, CRM setup, channel configuration, and training. Complex setups with multiple services may take slightly longer.

No. Full Loop CRM is designed for home service professionals, not tech experts. We handle all the technical setup. Your daily workflow is simple: check your dashboard, confirm jobs, and let Yinez handle the rest.

Full Loop CRM is designed to be all-in-one, so most partners do not need integrations. However, we offer webhook support and can discuss custom integrations for partners with specific requirements.
